As NMS’ Helpdesk Specialist and sole IT support for the NMS team, Guillermo has demonstrated time and again what it means to be an NMS Ass Kicker. As NMS 2009 Q4 Individual Ass Kicker, Guillermo is recognized for his myriad accomplishments – from providing tech support to the entire office and troubleshooting issues as they arise to pushing himself to learn how to do things he hasn’t had previous experience doing. Guillermo continually rises to the occasion and consistently demonstrates his value as a member of the NMS Team and family. He is more than willing to help or to try to find a solution if he doesn’t know the answer – and is always positive with a smile on his face regardless of the pressures he is under.
