Tara manages organizational and statistical analysis across NMS’ Client Services practices. Since joining NMS, Tara helps to keep the practices running efficiently, setting each CS member up for success in their daily ventures.
Tara is also an instrumental partner to Human Resources by managing the orientation process for all CS hires, promotions and interns.
Prior to joining NMS, Tara worked in Marketing and Event Planning in the retail industry.
She was raised in Bentonville, Arkansas and received a B.S. in Marketing Management and a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University.
