As Regional Sales Director, Northwest, Mark brings extensive emerging platforms, advertising and entertainment sales experience to the NMS Sales team. Most recently, Mark served as Director of Business Development for Webby Award-winning mobile social network, Zannel, a VC-backed start-up.
Prior to that Mark had the same role pioneering the online division of Hollywood-based Deadline Advertising, now a division of CMP Media, a deal which he set up.
Mark has landed clients and partners from top national media companies – film, television, videogames, music – as well as Web 2.0 and mobile companies, and consumer goods manufacturers.
Prior to his career in developing new business, Mark produced videogames, worked with feature film producers and directors, and was the Music Supervisor on three Olympics broadcasts with all three major networks.
Mark holds an Honors degree in Semiotics from Brown University, and an MFA from New York University’s Tisch School of Film & Television.
