As Sales Operations Manager, Katie serves as an integral part of the Business Development/Sales, Finance, and Management Teams at NMS – assisting with every step of the sales process from proposal writing to contract negotiation and invoicing to the collaboration on the development of marketing materials.
Katie was previously employed as an Executive Assistant for an SVP in Information Technology at CapitalOne and as a Materials Coordinator in Sales and Business Development for WPI, a small nonprofit in Blacksburg, VA.
Katie studied English at Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) where she met and married her best friend, Beej. Katie is a VERY proud soccer mom of three children, Laura, Luke, and Maggie.
