Jayar started his career at NMS as an intern while studying at Georgetown University where he majored in Marketing.
As the Research Manager on NMS’ Strategy & Insights team, he leads the analysis of data, works with analytics partners and helps shape strategy for campaigns.
The Research team works across practices, calculating campaign metrics, ensuring accuracy of discussion reach and researching upcoming trends and platforms online.
An internet aficionado, Jayar designed his first website in 1999 and has the proud distinction of being the first NMS employee to be a member of Facebook.
Jayar’s prior work experiences include working in publishing and sports advertising. Outside of the office, Jayar enjoys poignant authors, spicy foods, and world travel.
