Heather fuses fiscal responsibility and management with HR metrics and talent recruitment. She is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis in addition to fostering NMS’ team growth through internal and external means.
Since joining the company, Heather has become a “go to” person for any questions pertaining to NMS – if she doesn’t know the answer; she’ll find the right person who does.
Prior to joining NMS, Heather worked in the public affairs arena focusing on policy research and government affairs management.
She has a B.A. in Political Science from James Madison University, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
